Telephone and Video Consultations

We are pleased to announce that we are working with an organisation provided through Oxford Clinical Commissioning Group funding to provide remote telephone and video consultations to our practice population. The company is called Livi. You will continue to use our services for an appointment as usual; either via eConsults, telephone or presenting at the practice. The only difference you will note is that the phone number that you receive will have an out of area prefix. We will also send you a text message similar to the one below

“I received your message and I have arranged that Dr ….. will telephone you this morning.” Their number may appear as an unknown on your phone and this GP works with our practice, for an organisation called Livi. This is a new service and will be a telephone or video consultation.
